Reset your password

In order to reset your password, you must first verify your email address and sign in via a link that will be emailed to you email.

Here is the process:

1. Enter the email you used to register into the form below and click submit.
2. You will receive an email within a few minutes containing link which you can use to sign into your account. This link will only work once. If you forget your password again, you'll need to go through this process again.
3. If the email does not arrive, please check your inbox and spam/junk folder.
4. If you are unable to locate the email, please contact the VICS Communications Manager at james.shirvill@austin.org.au.
5. Once signed in, you can use your "Edit Profile" page to change your password to something you'll remember.
